Our warranty, license, and coverage.

Every drywall repair and installation from The Drywall Repair Co. carries a written workmanship warranty, and the company is an Oregon CCB licensed, bonded, and insured contractor (CCB# 263361). The license number appears in the footer of every page and on every estimate, and proof of coverage comes with the written estimate.

This page lays out the warranty, license, bond, and insurance behind our work in plain terms, so you can check them before you hire anyone, including us.

Workmanship warranty

Every repair and installation we do is backed by a written one-year workmanship warranty. If our finish work fails, cracks, or shows through under normal conditions within that year, we come back and fix it at no charge.

The warranty covers our work: the tape, the joints, the texture match, and the finish. It doesn't cover new damage from a later leak, settling, or an impact, because fixing that is a new repair and not a fault in what we did. If something goes wrong and you're not sure which it is, call us and we'll come look. We'd rather see it than guess.

You get the warranty terms in writing from The Drywall Repair Co LLC with the job, so the details are on paper and you don't have to rely on anyone's memory.

Licensed, bonded, and insured

The Drywall Repair Co. holds an active Oregon Construction Contractors Board license, CCB# 263361, and carries the bond and liability insurance the state requires.

To hold a CCB license in Oregon, a contractor has to carry a surety bond and general liability insurance and keep both current. That makes the CCB number the state's confirmation that the coverage behind the work is real. We're glad to send a certificate of insurance on request before the work starts.

Written contracts

Oregon requires a written contract for any residential job over $2,000. We put the price in writing before work begins on every job, whatever the size. You'll know the scope, the price, and what's included before anyone picks up a tool, and the CCB number is on every estimate. That way there are no surprises at the end, and nothing important depends on a verbal agreement.

Compliance you can check

You don't have to take our word for any of this. Oregon's CCB license records are public. You can look up CCB# 263361 yourself at search.ccb.state.or.us to confirm the license, bond, and insurance are active. We'd rather you check, and it's worth checking any contractor this way before you hire them.
