When you send the estimate form, we get the details you type in: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the services you checked, your description of the job, and any photos you attach. We use them to look at the job, write your estimate, and contact you about it.

When you browse the site, Google Analytics records anonymous usage data, such as which pages were viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and what device and browser they used. It uses cookies to do this. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and troubleshooting.

We use your estimate request only to reply to you, prepare a quote, schedule the work, and keep a record of the job. We don't sell your information, and we don't add your number or address to any marketing list.

These companies handle your information for us and are not allowed to use it for anything else:

• Vercelhosts this website and stores the photos you attach. Each photo is saved at a long, random web address that is not listed or linked anywhere, so it can't be found by browsing or searching, but anyone who has the exact address can open it.
• Resenddelivers the estimate form to us by email.
• Jobberis the system we use to manage estimates, schedules, and job records. Your request, including links to your photos, is saved there.
• Google Analyticsmeasures how the site is used (see below).

Photos taken on a phone can carry hidden details, such as the date and sometimes the location where the photo was taken. If you'd rather not share that, you can turn off location tagging in your camera settings before you take the photos.

Google Analytics helps us see which pages people use so we can improve the site. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will still work.

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them for the job, the warranty, and our business records. If you want us to delete your information, including your photos, call (503) 565-9255 or email contact@thedrywallrepairco.com, and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.
